How does the buying process work?
Browse our current inventory through WatchTrack, then reach out to book an appointment. We meet by appointment only at any Southeastern Connecticut location, or remotely if you prefer. Every watch is hand-selected, authenticated, and priced against live market data before it reaches you.
How do I know a watch is authentic?
Every timepiece is personally authenticated before we purchase it. As a Rolex and Tudor specialist, we verify case references, movement signatures, dial details, and any accompanying documentation. We stand behind the authenticity of every watch we sell, without exception.
Do your watches come with box and papers?
It varies by piece. Many of our watches include their original box and papers, and the details for each watch note exactly what is included. If a full set matters to you, let us know and we can source accordingly.
How do you determine pricing?
Every price is grounded in live market data through our WatchTrack platform. You can see the same market figures we do, so you always know a price is current and fair rather than marked up arbitrarily.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
We guarantee the authenticity and accurate description of every watch we sell. Any service-related terms are explained at the time of purchase, so you know exactly what is covered before you commit.
What is your return policy?
We ensure every piece is an exact fit to what you’re looking for with full transparency before the sale. Due to this, we currently do not offer returns.
How do I sell or trade my watch?
Reach out with your watch details, including the reference and condition, and Ryan will follow up personally with a transparent, market-accurate offer. There is no obligation, and you can sell outright or trade toward another piece. In person or remote.
What is concierge sourcing?
If you are after a specific reference, a discontinued model, or something rare, we track it down through trusted dealer networks, authenticate it, and confirm a fair price before you commit. There is no cost to start a search and no obligation to buy.
How do payment and shipping work?
We confirm secure payment details with you before any funds change hands. Watches that ship rather than change hands in person are fully insured while in transit.
Where are you located and how do appointments work?
We are based in Southeastern Connecticut and work by appointment only, which keeps every meeting private and unhurried. Prefer to handle things remotely? That works too. Reach out and we will arrange a time.
What brands do you specialize in?
Anchor specializes in Rolex and Tudor, and we also handle select fine timepieces from other respected makers. Looking for something specific that is not in our current inventory? Our concierge service can source it.
Why buy from an independent dealer instead of an authorized dealer?
Authorized dealers are limited to current production and often long waitlists. As an independent dealer, we can offer discontinued references, hard-to-find pieces, and pre-owned watches at live market prices, with personal service and no waitlist. Every piece is authenticated and backed by us.
